Angels is about how loneliness manufactures meaning out of nothing. How we cast people in roles they never auditioned for. How the tools we use to understand the world can be the very things that blind us to what’s in front of us.

It’s about something almost everyone has done and almost no one will admit: building a person in your head before you meet them, and loving the construction more than the person who showed up.
